About the project

Property Library helps people buy or rent a home in Phuket. We created the website copy and design, a presentation and three catalogs around the founder’s family story.

Choosing a home from another country is difficult: buyers need to get to know the areas, compare properties and understand the purchase process. We opened the site with life in Phuket and the story of the founder’s family. Then we organized listings into cards with the area, price, size and number of bedrooms, and explained the purchase in six steps.

  • 12Layouts of four pages for three devices
  • 4Presentations: a company deck and three PDF catalogs
  • 6Steps from a call to help after purchase

Easy to compare

Each card brings together the area, price, size and number of bedrooms. Buyers can compare properties using the same details.

Design idea

The site opens with the founder’s family, then introduces Phuket and its properties.

We chose soft sage and powder pink tones, arches and a spacious layout.

We gathered property details in cards and added filters and a map to help visitors search. The copy introduces the properties at the same calm pace.

Villa details in one place

We brought accommodation options, floor plans, the nightly price and a map of nearby places together on the villa page. Visitors can explore the property and compare options before getting in touch.
