About the project
Breig Property builds investment homes in Bali. For Elysium, we made a landing page for villas, townhouses and apartments two minutes from the ocean.
Elysium was still being built, and buyers chose a home from renders and numbers. We gave each type of home its own gallery, showed income forecasts and the developer's 42,000 m² portfolio. A three-question quiz helps buyers find an offer. We planned the structure, wrote the copy, designed the page and built it on Tilda.

Numbers and homes

( For investors )
Profit shown before the villas
Before any villa, buyers see up to 21% a year from rent. A separate block then lays out the forecast: +35% to the price in 14 months, 12–20% a year and +100% in five years.

Design idea
Elysium was still being built. The page walks buyers through their future home, room by room.
Interior renders fill the screen, and every type of home gets its own gallery. Huge capitals name villas, townhouses and apartments, and dark and light sections take turns.
Numbers stay short and big, a three-question quiz replaces a long catalog, and one green accent marks every button, so the next step is always in sight.

Rentals run by the developer
Breig's own management company rents the units out, with occupancy of up to 90%. The FAQ explains how owners earn from afar, with monthly payouts and a full report.
